Coachella Masonic Lodge Raising Future Leaders of Coachella

Rusty Trowel - Fantastic Evening

Coachella Lodge held it's first Rusty Trowel program - with great success! Thanks to the collaboration with Palm Springs Lodge and the Rusty Trowel committee, we were able to host over 120 masons and visitors at our lodge. Many of these masons had not been in lodge for decades. The Rusty Trowel program was a great way for them to get reacquainted with lodge. For family and visitors, there was a great program on famous masons and the Coachella Lodge Masonic Family. Thanks go out to all those involved including our concordant bodies and youth groups.

Raising A Reader, Thermal CA

Coachella Lodge #476 continues to make a positive impact in the local community! Lodge representatives together with reprentatives from Palm Springs Masonic Lodge came to the Oasis Elementary School in Thermal, California. This school was the latest recipient of the Grand Lodge of California's literacy program, Raising a Reader. Our lodge was represented at the presentation program with the school's principal and community directors. Hundreds of free books were handed out to needy students along with their own book bag.

It is excellent to see our Grand Lodge programs benefit our local district.

Coachella Lodge Tile Fundraiser

Coachella Lodge needs your help!

Our lodge building is in need of major repairs and improvements. Thanks to Brother David Hertzing we have started a Commemorative Tile Fundraiser. The deadline has been moved to next month and you can still buy a tile to help us repair and improve our lodge building!

tile fundraiser

Remember, funds raised after costs of the tile will go directly towards repairing Coachella Lodge.

Tiles are only $100 and you can personalize them with three lines of text (20 characters per line without clipart, 15 characters per line with clipart). They will be mounted to the wall within the main dining hallway.

We now have a Scottish Rite clipart available for our tiles. Please choose clipart #11 or ask for the Scottish Rite emblem.

Want to get started? Follow these steps...

1) Fill out Tile Order Form, you can download the PDF by clicking here.

2) Send in your payment. You may pay with a check made out to "Coachella Lodge #476" or pay online by using the Paypal button. NOTE paying online includes Paypal fee.

2016 Blue Lodge Officers Installation

Congratulations Coachella Lodge #476 - your officers for 2016 have been officially installed. Wor. Cesar Rubio presiding as Installing Officer; our District Inspector Wor. Jim Ridley presiding as our Master of Ceremonies; and special guest Wor. Luther Wood presiding as our Installing Chaplain.

The installation was well attended by friends, family and brothers! Everyone had a fun time retiring to the lounge within the basking glow of a well lit fireplace. Diane Reed catered the refreshments for the lodge Christmas party that followed installation.

We all look forward to Wor. Ted Parker's continuation of the five year plan and a very prosperous 2016.
